EASE THE OPERATION:

The Titanium series of dock levellers works simply by pushing a button on the control station.

A standard feature on stand-alone units.

Cycling times are under 60 seconds.

Proven hydraulic units (mounted to TENV motors) and cylinders are easily maintained and fully adjustable.

Working rages are between 12” (305mm) above and below dock grade.


STRUCTURAL SUPERIORITY:

No less than six heavy duty HSS thick walled support channels welded to a solid head plate and high tensile deck plate.

The unique gusseted anti-seize lip hinge design is guaranteed for life and greatly increases its structural integrity. A first in the industry. 4” (101 mm) rear deck tilt facilitates loading and unloading uneven trucks.

(This feature can also be eliminated to reduce tripping.

These features keep this dock from dishing of flexing.



**The looped style lip hinge is one of a kind to the industry. This unique design prevents the hinges from seizing due to environmental issues: such as snow and ice or from the lack of usage for prolonged periods of time. The hinge remains agile while maintaining rigidity. Weld patterns make this lip stronger than conventional dock lips, hence, the limited life time guarantee.
